Description

Push fit coupling used in many bowden extruder designs. The inner diameter of the Rotary push-in fitting QSR-1/8-4 is 4 mm and is therefore suited to be used with a standard 4 mm PTFE tube for 1.75 mm filament.

Usage & Maintenance

Secure the PTFE tubing into the pneumatic fitting by pushing down the blue plastic end. Check if the filament goes through easily on both sides of the fitting. Next, mount the fitting onto the extruder, using its thread or glue (depending on the extruder design).
